Get A Mammogram on Thursday

Chatham Area Transit is offering free rides to individuals who have scheduled a mammogram on Thursday at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Candler Hospital and the Telfair Breast Imaging Center as part of Paint the Town Pink’s 4th Annual Mammogram Day.

Mammograms will be offered at:

• Telfair Pavilion - Candler Hospital, 5353 Reynold St., 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.

• Telfair Breast Imaging Center - Eisenhower,
527 Eisernhower Drive,
8 a.m.-5 p.m.



• St. Joseph’s Hospital, 11705 Mercy Blvd., 8 a.m.-
5 p.m.


• Mobile Mammography - at the St. Joseph’s/Candler Medical Group - Pooler,
105 Grand Central Blvd.,
9 a.m.-4 p.m.

The mammograms are not free, but funding is available through the Telfair Mammography Fund for women who don’t have insurance. Ask about it when you call for an appointment or call 912-819-7055.
