There will be a great firework show July 4th on River Street presented by the City of Savannah & Chatham County. There will be a wide variety of regional arts and crafts exhibitors, food, drinks, entertainment, contests, fireworks and more!! Stop by the Verizon display across from the Exchange Tavern Saturday & Sunday to pick up your scavenger hunt clues to enter to win a Droid Eris!
There will be the inaugural Ruth's Chris Slider Eating Contest Saturday W 3:30 & the Savannah Candy Kitchen Ice Cream Eating Contest Sunday at 5pm.
Remember to bring your radio tuned to KIX96.5, MIX 102.1, E93, Magic 103.9, The Ticket and WBMQ for the fireworks music simulcast.
You can also show your patriotism by saving 3 lives with only one pint of blodd by donating to the Blood Alliance in Morrell Park from 1-4pm.
