Helpful Reminders

Rent: Due on the 1st and late after the 5th of each month(Holidays are no exception).

Pest Control: Terminex Pest Control treats our community every Monday morning. If you would like your apartment treated for any reason, please let the office staff know!

Work Orders: If you have a maintenance request for your apartment or for your building, you can enter a work order online through our website www.courtneystation.com or call the office (912-748-9096).

DVD Library: Available 7 days a week and as late as 11:00pm. Free of charge. Please see office staff to sign movie(s) out.

Pets: We love our pets here at Courtney Station! However, all pets must be accounted for on your lease. Recent vet statements, photograph, and Pet Fee are required per pet. Any unidentified animals discovered in the community are subject to a fine at the residents expense, resulting in a violation of the lease agreement
